Built in 1937 this building was Kerrville's first purpose built City Hall. Enlarged in 1947 adding a second floor to provide a dormitory for firemen. In 1985 it became the City Police Department and Municipal Court. Later remodeled in 1998 for what is now Pioneer Bank.
