Designed by Alfred Giles and built in 1890 as the home of the Kerrville Masonic Lodge #697 A.F. & A.M. until 1927. Downstairs tenants included U.S. Post Office and the second location for C.C. Butt Grocery (now H.E.B.) Restored in 1984-85 for Sheftall's Jewelers. Special Craftsmen and rare woods were found to complete the restoration.
